Grab & Hold
Full hand contact with intentional, still pressure. No movement, just presence through the palm and fingers. This grounds the receiver and communicates without words: I am here.
Contouring
The hands glide over the body in full contact, following every curve and hollow. Slow, smooth strokes that never break the connection.
Stripping
Slow, directional pressure along the length of a muscle, using both thumbs or the broad surface of the hand. Conscious depth, never force. Move slower than feels right. Then slower still.
